Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
Loop & Drop is an independent travel inspiration and information website about theme parks and rollercoasters. We are not affiliated with any park, ride manufacturer or operator shown. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. We do not sell tickets or operate rides
We publish guides, ratings and recommendations. We do not sell park tickets, fast-track passes or trips, and we do not operate any attraction. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the park or an authorised partner, under their terms, prices and refund rules.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Parks cannot pay for a better rating, and commissions never decide what we recommend.
4. Accuracy, opening times and closures
Rides close for maintenance, weather and refurbishment, and opening hours, prices and rules change. Always check the park’s own website before you travel.
5. Ride safety, height and health rules
Rollercoasters and thrill rides carry risk and have their own height, age and health requirements. Height figures on this site are typical examples only, never a guarantee of access. Always follow the park’s posted rules and staff instructions, and do not ride if you are pregnant or have a heart, back, neck or other health condition unless a doctor says it is safe. You ride at your own risk.
6. Use of the site and content
All text, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit; you may not copy, scrape or republish our content without written permission. Photos may belong to third parties and are used under licence. Park and ride names belong to their owners.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, third-party services, park visits or linked websites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
